The background of testing the Sintana application is to minimize the occurrence of bugs in the application and ensure that the application built is in accordance with customer needs. Sintana or facility and infrastructure monitoring information system is a system used by one of the private universities in Palembang to monitor teaching and learning facilities in tertiary institutions so that the teaching and learning process runs smoothly without hindrance.
