Finally, A fast scanning system in swimming area is invented to locate drowning personnel and rescue them safely from the perspective of rescuers, by which the drowning monitoring can be achieved quickly and accurately. 摘要

本文主要针对溺水预警问题提出并设计解决方案。目的是利用人工智能技术开展溺水预警规划。通过对现有溺水救援系统及相关文献的研究,结合大数据技术的优势和现有溺水预警产品的痛点,运用系统设计策略进行实践,将设计与技术相结合,实现用户信息可视化、智能监控等功能。最后,发明了一种游泳区快速扫描系统,从救援人员的角度对溺水者进行定位和安全救援,实现对溺水者的快速、准确监测。根据溺水环境的特殊性,还将预警系统作为信息中心,利用信息技术、需求形式和高效功能实现救援计划。
