The main core of the training is the introduction of old and new leadership paradigms and the differences between managers and leaders. Pengenalan Konsep Dasar-Dasar Kepemimpinan (Leadership) Bagi Pengurus OSIS di SMA Negeri 11 Jakarta Timur
