摘要

为了有效地评价高校辅导员的绩效,本文通过对中国高校辅导员管理政策的研究,提出了一种整合目标绩效管理(ITPM)的高校辅导员绩效评价方法。将ITPM引入高校辅导员绩效评估,在了解国内高校辅导员现状的基础上进行绩效评估。结果表明,本文提出的ITPM方法是一种更适合高校辅导员绩效评估的方法,可以改善辅导员队伍建设,加强高校人员管理。

Application of Performance Evaluation of College Counselors In Integrating Target Performance Management
