摘要

本文提出了一种基于光学外差检测的超高Q微盘激光器(MDL)传感器平台的生物传感方法。具有超高q因子(bbb108)的MDL结构在探测激光波长的小变化方面具有优势。例如,当单个分子附着在MDL的侧壁上时,激光波长发生亚pm级的变化。由于光谱分辨率的限制,光谱分析仪在检测谐振波长亚pm级变化时存在一定的局限性。为了克服这一限制,我们采用外差检测方法,该方法需要两个具有相同特性的mdl。
