摘要

随着新一轮电力体制改革的推进,电网工程造价将朝着精益化管理方向发展。随着中国电网工程建设环境的日益复杂和投资规模的不断扩大,电网工程造价的控制将直接关系到未来智能电网的发展水平。因此,本文提出了一种基于PSO-BP算法的电网工程造价智能预测模型,提高了造价智能预测的准确性和效率,且具有推广能力,为未来智能电网的建设提供了有力的帮助。

Intelligent Prediction of Power Grid Project Cost Based on PSO-BP Model
