Knowing tourist interests and wayfinding decision-making affect tourists routes and facilities since the planners and hotel facilities will do planning their hospitality and every service plans using their information. To make the model of the tourist movements, an effective mathematical description will be expected for their systematic analysis. In this paper, Markov process model of the tourist movements are newly developed using information theory. Then, it is shown that the order of Markov process of the movements is estimated using conditional entropies, efficiently and the shuffling operation of Markov process is newly proposed to verify conditional entropies of the Markov process.
