The main technology of data mining discussed in this paper is weighted association rules and the purpose of this research is to find out the associated rules in employees' or job seekers' computer skills and the IT job requirements. Plus, we implemented a weighted concept to the main algorithm in order to gain a more realistic mining result to match the real world HR application.
