摘要高阶思维能力测试是为了提高学生的批判性思维能力而制定的。本研究采用研究开发的方法进行。本研究的目的是开发基于高阶思维技能的学生工作表，用于高中经济学学习，并将进行为期2年的研究。本研究采用的是Plomp(1982)模型。普洛普模型的发展过程包括五个步骤，即;(1)初步调查;(2)设计;(3)施工;(4)试验、评价和修改;(5)实施。本研究的结果是一套基于高阶思维技能的学生工作表，用于经济学学习
