Firstly, the basic forming principle of traditional stator flux vector locus of circular and hexagonal is analyzed.And then, a new stator flux linkage setting method based on rotor position and dynamic current mode is proposed.The new stator flux linkage method is applied to the direct torque control system of Brushless DC motor.Theoretical analysis shows that the given flux linkage trajectory is consistent with the expected reference value, the torque ripple is smaller.
