It also quantifies moderation effect of user’s satisfaction with e-government with the help of randomly selected sample of 250 students from upper Punjab. The study contributes in the context of future of e-Government in the perspective of developing country like Pakistan as well as in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The results prove that perceived usefulness of e-Government and computer self-efficacy significantly associated with continuous intention to use e-government services. It also established that user’s satisfaction with e-government moderates this relationship in a positive manner. The study is novel because it provides a food of though regarding a moderating model of user’s satisfaction in relationship in the proposed linear relationship. 摘要

本研究全面测试并分析了电子政务的感知有用性和计算机自我效能作为参数,以提高持续使用电子政务服务的意愿。通过随机抽取旁遮普邦上地区250名学生作为样本,量化了用户对电子政务满意度的调节效应。本研究从巴基斯坦等发展中国家和信息通信技术(ICT)的角度对电子政务的未来做出了贡献。结果证明,电子政务的感知有用性和计算机自我效能感与持续使用电子政务服务的意向显著相关。用户对电子政务的满意度对这一关系起到正向调节作用。这项研究是新颖的,因为它提供了一个关于在线性关系中用户满意度的调节模型的思路。它在公共行政领域具有广泛的应用前景。
