This paper designs the performance evaluation index system of expatriate technicians, which includes work efficiency, professional competence, work attitude, and personal traits. Then, based on the C-POWA operator, the evaluation method of expatriate technicians is put forward. 摘要

外派技术人员绩效评价是跨国公司有效管理外派技术人员的重要途径,对跨国公司的技术创新至关重要。本文设计了外派技术人员的绩效评价指标体系,包括工作效率、专业能力、工作态度和个人特质。然后,基于C-POWA算子,提出了对外派技术人员的评价方法。最后,运用外派技术人员绩效评价指标和方法,对4名外派技术人员绩效进行了评价,结果表明所提出的指标和方法具有科学性和实用性。
