Development of a Digital Economy Ecosystem in Russia

The article contains analysis of main directions of digital economy ecosystem development in the Russian Federation. The authors define ecosystem of digital business development as a number of companies which use intellectual, production, information and other resources on the common basis. Because digital economy ecosystem is the main condition of implementation of information and communication technologies in all spheres of life of people, state regulation of cybersecurity, stimulation and support of promotion of information technology abroad, development of infrastructure of access and data storage, cashless payments, all types of mass digital communication and services is necessary.
