摘要

海洋态势感知是智能船舶的核心技术,而目标检测是态势感知的重要基础。本文提出了一种基于MEMS惯性传感器的舰载视频系统天海线检测鲁棒目标检测算法,其核心思想是利用舰载摄像机的惯性数据来估计视频帧中天海线的位置和角度,从而达到检测区域的精度,提高检测精度,减少波杂波的干扰。实验证明,该方法具有较好的鲁棒性。
