Community groups that receive subsidies from the government are referred to as Contribution Assistance Recipients (Penerima Bantuan Iuran - PBI) participants. 国家健康保险计划(Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional - JKN)是由国家健康保险局(Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan social Kesehatan - BPJS Kesehatan)管理的一项社会健康保险，旨在为所有印度尼西亚人提供健康保险。接受政府补贴的社区团体被称为捐款援助受助人(Penerima Bantuan Iuran - PBI)参与者。到目前为止，关于JKN计划的一个问题是PBI目标的不准确性。因此，有必要研究JKN PBI所有权与其社会经济地位和接受社会救助的历史之间的关系。
