This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 52 respondents to ABA Kindergarten teachers in Mlati Sleman District, Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, while the analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used is SPSS 26. Based on hypothesis testing using the t test, it is concluded that the work environment has a significant effect on teacher teaching creativity, servant leadership has a significant effect on teacher teaching creativity. Based on the F test it was concluded that the work environment and servant leadership simultaneously had a significant effect on the teacher's teaching creativity. \n \nAbstrak \n \nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan servant leadership terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru TK ABA di Kecamatan Mlati Sleman Yogyakarta baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 52 orang responden pada guru TK ABA di Kecamatan Mlati Sleman Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proporsional random sampling, sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Alat analisis yang digunakan menggunakan SPSS 26. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t, disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru, servant leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨工作环境和仆人式领导对日惹市Mlati Sleman区ABA幼儿园教师教学创造力的影响,包括部分影响和同时影响。本研究采用定量方法进行因果关联研究。数据是通过向日惹市Mlati Sleman区ABA幼儿园教师发放52份调查问卷获得的。抽样技术采用比例随机抽样,分析方法采用多元线性回归分析。使用的分析工具是SPSS 26。采用t检验进行假设检验,得出工作环境对教师教学创造力有显著影响,服务型领导对教师教学创造力有显著影响的结论。通过F检验,我们发现工作环境和服务型领导同时对教师的教学创造力有显著影响。摘要:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan仆人领导terhahadap creativitas mengajar大师Kecamatan Mlati Sleman日惹baik secara parsial maupun simulan。Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian associatiatif cause dengan menggunakan pendekatan定量分析。数据专家在日惹(Yogyakarta)回答了数据专家Kecamatan Mlati Sleman的问题。样本比例随机抽样,sedangkan方法分析yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah分析回归线性berganda。报警分析,杨迪古纳坎,孟古纳坎,SPSS 26。Berdasarkan penguin hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t, dispulpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru,仆人式领导berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru。Berdasarkan uji F dispulpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan仆人式领导secara simulan berpengaruh signhahadativitas mengajar guru。
