摘要

本工作包括由2-肼-1,3-苯并噻唑与二羰基化合物合成的2-(4,5-二氢- 1h -吡唑-1-基)-1,3-苯并噻唑衍生物的合成。用FT-IR、1HNMR对所制化合物进行了表征,并对其物理性质进行了研究。研究了这些化合物的生物活性对心肌梗死患者血清中AST和ALT酶活性的影响。研究表明,化合物(A2和A5)对AST和ALT具有抑制作用,而化合物(A3和A4)对AST和ALT具有激活作用。
