The subjects of this were 102 employees of production in PT. Expravet Nasuba Medan. Data were obtained from scales to measure job embededdness and turnover intention. The data is analyzed by Product Moment correlation through SPSS 18 for Windows. The result shows that there is a negative relationship between job embededdness and turnover intention, with correlation coefficient r = -0.571 and (p < 0.05). 摘要
本研究旨在探讨工作嵌入与离职倾向之间的关系。本研究的对象为棉兰公司102名生产员工。从工作嵌入性和离职倾向的量表中获得数据。采用SPSS 18软件对数据进行积差相关分析。结果显示,工作嵌入度与离职倾向呈负相关,相关系数r = -0.571, p < 0.05。研究结果表明,假设成立,工作嵌入与离职倾向之间存在负相关关系。
