摘要

报道了三线电极系统EHD泵的实验研究结果。给出了头流特性与电极上的电位差、电极间隙距离、电极间隙内的通道宽度、集电极之间的距离和工液电导率的关系。研究发现,电极间隙沟道宽度(/spl δ /)和集电极间隙(s)对EHD泵的特性有显著影响。当/spl δ / = 2 mm, s = 1 mm时,最大静水头为5160 Pa,且与电极长度无关。
