To receive all channels from 470MHz to 770MHz and to relax distortion characteristics of following circuit blocks such as an RF variable-gain amplifier and a mixer, tunable techniques for LNAs are required. A novel output matching configuration for tunable LNAs is proposed, and an input matching technique is also described. A tunable LNA using the proposed tunable techniques is fabricated using 90nm CMOS technology.
