Consequently, the time that teachers’ contact with their students has been reduced accordingly, as a result, teachers have an urgent task to assist students’ autonomous English learning. In order to achieve this aim, teachers have to make efforts both in class and out of class. In fact, computer and network have already been incorporated in the college English teaching reform so as to make English learning more interesting, more individualized, more flexible, more varied, more independent and freer of the limitation of time and space.
