摘要

采用极化、曲线拟合、回归分析等多元线性回归方法,得到最佳催化剂组合和最佳温度,制备出收率最佳的C4烯烃。首先,提出了研究方向,探索不同催化剂组合与乙醇转化率、C4烯烃选择性和温度的关系。在此基础上,加入不同催化剂的温度联动,分析在不同温度下影响最大的催化剂组分和影响最小的催化剂组分。此外,在相同实验条件下,进一步选择最优催化剂组合和温度对C4烯烃收率进行优化,并将求解的多元回归方程作为约束变量建立粒子群算法模型,最后利用MATLAB软件对最优催化剂组合参数和温度数据进行编程。
