摘要

综合能源系统(IES)是能源互联网的重要组成部分,其可靠性评估对系统的安全运行具有重要意义。为此,提出了考虑综合需求响应(IDR)的电力系统可靠性评估方法。首先,以总运行成本最小为目标函数,以电力平衡、设备运行限制和线路容量为约束条件,建立了考虑IDR的优化评价模型;其次,提出了系统可靠性评价指标,并考虑系统的动态特性和时效性,提出了适用于系统可靠性评价的马尔可夫链-蒙特卡罗(MCMC)方法;最后,通过实例仿真对IES在不同情况下的可靠性进行了评价,仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性和正确性。
