摘要

为了加强机械专业理论教学的工程背景,开发了基于LabVIEW的旋转机械故障诊断虚拟实验平台。可作为理论教学中的工程实例论证。并可通过NI-DAQ接口与测试系统连接,完成机械故障仿真、实验数据采集分析和机械智能故障诊断。为模拟旋转机械的典型故障,如转子故障、滚动轴承故障和齿轮故障,开发了虚拟实验平台。并且由于该平台的原理涉及到很多理论课的知识,作为二次开发平台,对辅助教学和方便学生进行实验研究都有很大的帮助。
