The article discusses Seagull manager, which refers to a leadership style that should be avoided. The authors of the article are supporters of the humanization of labor activity based on effective feedback, which allows achieving high results in individual, collective and team activities. The article presents the methods of remuneration used in organizations to motivate staff.
