At the same time, differentiation norms should not be interpreted arbitrarily in violation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and fundamental norms of labor law, and should be discriminatory. It is concluded that the freedom of the employer as a party to an employment contract, even within the framework of the institution of remuneration, should be limited within certain limits. 摘要
