A kind of detection device for grain moisture detection by ultrasonic wave is designed. Compared with the traditional laboratory grain moisture detection, the detection device can feed back the transmission status of ultrasonic wave in the detection sample through the sensor in real time, and get the detection results in a short time. Compared with the traditional capacitive resistance grain moisture detection device, the ultrasonic grain moisture detection device is less affected by the environmental temperature and has a larger detection range. 摘要

针对目前传统的粮食水分检测设备受环境温度影响较大,存在检测周期长、检测范围小等问题,本文采用超声波传感器技术,结合自动控制原理,对当前粮食水分检测存在的问题进行了研究。设计了一种超声波检测粮食水分的装置。与传统的实验室谷物水分检测相比,该检测装置可以通过传感器实时反馈超声波在检测样品中的传播状态,并在短时间内得到检测结果。与传统的电容电阻式谷物水分检测装置相比,超声波谷物水分检测装置受环境温度的影响较小,检测范围更大。研究表明,超声波谷物水分检测装置的广泛应用,可有效提高粮食检测效率,提高测量精度,对控制粮食质量,保障粮食储存安全具有重要意义。
