The effect of activity enhances the employability of students. This paper addresses this challenge using spoken-tutorials as a collaborative learning tool to develop programming efficiency and evaluation of the learners. To overcome the problem faced by learners in teaching learning we have conducted some workshops and seminars from industries and FOSSEE.
