摘要

在讨论梯度匹配层设计可行性的基础上,利用压电ocad软件进行了单匹配层、双匹配层和三匹配层的仿真。仿真结果表明,超声换能器的能量利用效率随着声学匹配层数和- 6dB带宽的增加而提高。在仿真的基础上,制备了梯度声匹配层,实验结果证明含有梯度声匹配层的超声换能器具有更宽的带宽。讨论了梯度阻抗超声换能器的可行性以及匹配层材料对声衰减系数的影响。
