摘要

本文研究了插电式混合动力汽车集中式和分散式充电控制机制的主要特点、要求以及对配电系统性能的影响。针对插电式混合动力汽车的充电管理,设计了一种基于家庭的充电控制场景和协调充电控制算法。在基于优化的框架中,业主的偏好和系统操作员的关注点都被考虑在内。以电网总损耗和充电费用为约束条件,对所提出的优化方法进行了约束。通过在IEEE 34总线测试系统上的应用,对两种机制的各个方面进行了讨论和比较。得到的结果和给出的讨论证明了该方法在现实世界中的有效性和适用性。
