To this end, this study takes advantage of both primary and secondary data sources through a comprehensive literature research of industrial and scientific papers, combined with expert interview. Findings showed that there are three main critical factor groups influencing on compliance risk including challenges originating from Vietnamese food supply chain itself, characteristics of regulation and standards, and business environment. 摘要

近年来,随着食品丑闻的不断发生,食品供应链面临着越来越大的食品质量安全法规和标准合规压力。本文以越南海产品行业为例,探讨食品供应链合规风险的关键因素。为此,本研究通过对工业和科学论文的综合文献研究,结合专家访谈,利用一手和二手数据来源。研究结果表明,影响合规风险的主要关键因素组包括越南食品供应链本身的挑战、法规和标准的特点以及商业环境。此外,作者还提出了消除食品供应链管理者合规风险的推动因素,以及对政府和其他影响者和支持者的建议。
