Both of these methods will greatly help to improve quality in various sectors. This study will focus on how to improve human resources at the University. Moreover, University/education is the front liner, the early fort to state its sovereignty defending, to produce high quality human resources, to create a lot of things that will be the source for the life of the people in the world, not only the national products but also the international one. Furthermore, after the analysis process, it creates a \"University Quality Award Framework\" (UQAF) which is a basic guide to universities, especially in Indonesia. This framework needs improvement, from now version 1.0, and it is beginning to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. 摘要
