Grigorova","doi":"10.31168/2618-8570.2019.10","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"The basic goal of this article is to analyse Konstantin Leontiev's point of view on the Bulgarian question as part of the Eastern question.The analysis of Leonitev's historiosophy is presented in the context of three discourses: 1) geopolitical discourse (The Eastern question, the Bulgarian question, Bosphorus, Eastern Orthodox Confederation); 2) ideological discourse (Pan-Slavism, Byzantinism, Slavism, Bosphorus Russism); 3) metaphisical discourse (the Orthodox Christianity).The leitmotif of this article is Leontiev's spiritual path from philosopher Konstantin to monk Kliment and the transfomation of his perspective on Bulgarian question.The author introduces the term ‘Evropobesye' [European devilment] as a generalization of Leontiev's term ‘Bulgarobesye' [Bulgarian devilment].
