The study consisted of six treatments 0%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1% and four replications This research was arranged by Completely Randomized Design (CRD). 摘要

玉米(Zea mays L.)是继水稻和小麦之后世界上最重要的粮食作物之一。农作物生产中存在着各种各样的问题,其中之一就是秋粘虫的侵害。采用森林槟榔叶植物性农药是防治槟榔病的替代技术。本研究旨在获得森林槟榔叶提取物防治秋粘虫的有效浓度。该研究于2021年7月至9月在廖内大学农学院植物害虫实验室和工程学院天然材料与矿物实验室进行,为期3个月。研究分为0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1% 6个处理,4个重复,采用完全随机设计(CRD)。结果表明,森林槟榔叶提取物对夜蛾幼虫的死亡率有显著影响,浓度为0.8%的浓度对夜蛾幼虫的死亡率约为80%,初死时间为1 h,致死时间为13.5 h,致死时间为50 h。
