Finally, attenuating reliability test of Chang’E-4 Probe is conducted, and the confidence limit of attenuating reliability is provided. 摘要

2019年1月3日,嫦娥四号探测器首次在月球背面软着陆,衰减可靠性对于嫦娥四号探测器来说至关重要。本文研究了软着陆中衰减过程的失效模式和影响,由此确定了软着陆的临界失效模式和相应的可靠性特征参数。据此,给出了模拟月球实际衰减的地面衰减可靠性试验方法。在此基础上,提出了衰减可靠性评估方法,并由此获得了可靠性的置信限。最后,对“嫦娥四号”探测器进行了衰减可靠性试验,给出了衰减可靠性置信限。评估结果表明,该探测器具有很高的衰减可靠性,并得到了月球完美软着陆的验证。
