Design and Experiment of a Gate Drive Circuit using SAW Filter with Signal and Power Transmission
A gate drive circuit for power devices requires a signal and power transmission function. The wires of the gate drive circuit tend to increase in circuits depending on a number of power devices. This paper proposes a gate drive circuit using SAW devices which can transmit signal and power for the power devices, simultaneously.
