The strategy, which is based on a concept of adaptive controller, includes two steps: feedback signal selection and controller parameter tuning. The principle of the feedback signal selection is to maximize the residue of mode of concern for the feedback signal while minimizing that of other modes. Then the tuning process can focus on only the mode of concern. The proposed design strategy has been tested on two system operating points of the IEEJ East 10-machine system. The result shows that the designed controller can improve the mode of concern significantly, while it can not affect much the others. 摘要
本文提出了一种基于广域测量的电力系统稳定器设计策略,以改善系统各工作点区域间主要的关注模式。该策略基于自适应控制器的概念,包括反馈信号选择和控制器参数整定两个步骤。反馈信号选择的原则是使反馈信号关注模态的残差最大,而使其他模态的残差最小。然后,调优过程可以只关注所关注的模式。所提出的设计策略在IEEJ East 10机系统的两个系统工作点上进行了测试。结果表明,所设计的控制器能显著改善系统的关注模式,而对其他模式影响不大。结果表明,该设计策略适用于自适应控制器的概念。
