摘要

随着互联网、物联网、云计算等技术的不断发展，为了适应社会发展的需要，“智慧城市”应运而生。通过发展智慧城市，提供智慧养老服务。本文利用VISIO软件构建哈尔滨市智慧养老运营模式。本文通过阐述其发展现状，指出哈尔滨市智慧养老服务信息平台建设不足，智能终端研发不足，并提出了加强信息技术建设和智慧养老服务人才培养的解决方案，从而提高养老服务水平，进一步构建智慧养老发展。
