User Experience Evaluation of Building Materials Application Using Usability Testing Based on ISO 9241–11 Standard and The USE Questionnaire
The DBO Toko App is an e-commerce platform with B2B (business to business) business model that focuses on building materials. By 2021, this application would have reached practically every part of Indonesia. However, the registered user was less than 50%, and it was important to keep the consumers satisfied in order for future apps to be taken loyally. This study aimed to evaluate the user experience of the DBO Toko App in two ways: qualitatively using the ISO 9241–11 standard and quantitatively using The USE Questionnaire. First, 7 users participated in a scenario test to assess effectiveness and efficiencymetrics. Second, collected data from 115 respondents using The USE Questionnaire instrument to assess usefulness, ease of use, ease of learn, and satisfaction metrics. The result reveals an average of The DBO Toko App effectiveness was 83% and in the USE Questions metrics was 85.7% means that this application waseligible. Based on this study the strong variable which impacts to satisfaction variable was the ease of learn, it has 0.867 points whichmeans improving a more informative design was suggested for enhancing usability.
