Madhya Pradesh with its scenic spots has a huge potential to promote tourism. Tourism is a source of direct and indirect employment in Madhya Pradesh. In that article, out of the six districts identified, i.e., Gwalior, Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Ujjain and Panna, the first two were selected as they were found to be representative of the region.
