摘要

为了提高恶劣环境下各种采集参数的测量精度,提出了一种新的标定算法。本设计以AD7606芯片为核心,硬件设计将滤波器配置为4阶巴特沃斯滤波器,并采用高精度外部参考电压。针对复杂的数据结构和大量的数据,采用LabWindows和ActiveX技术计算数据的平均值和误差。性能测试表明,当采用该方案设计的采集系统输入范围为0~5V,采样速率为50kbps时,抗混叠滤波器工作正常,性能良好,标定算法降低了数据误差,采样精度优于1‰。
