This study aims to find out the online learning communication strategies applied by teachers in carrying out student character education by online during the Covid Pandemic. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews, observations and documentation. Interviews were conducted with selected informants based on their capabilities consisting of principals, ordinary teachers, and parents of students. The number of informants is 5 persons. The data analysis technique used is an analysis model from Miles and Huberman with stages of data reduction analysis, data display and conclusion. Testing the credibility of the data using source triangulation and triangulation techniques. The results showed that the online learning communication strategy in the aspect of planning character education messages was made in the form of a written document in the form of a RPP (Learning Program Plan). Strategies The delivery of the message of character education here for its effectiveness is carried out at the beginning of learning and repeated again at the end.
