摘要

本文在对现有知识共享研究文献进行梳理的基础上,指出知识工作者之间的隐性知识共享对提高高校竞争力具有重要作用。通过KT模型,分析了高校不同类型知识工作者的特征。在实证研究的基础上,得出了促使高校知识型员工分享隐性知识的激励因素,并发现这些激励因素对不同类型知识型员工的重要性是不同的。在此基础上提出了高校隐性知识共享的激励机制模型,为高校隐性知识共享提供了更为具体和有效的激励机制。
