Body Pain Assessment on Sitting Time of Fifth Year Engineering Students of Pamantasan ng Cabuyao During E-Learning Setup
This study assessed the issues with musculoskeletal parts to identify where body pain occurs in relation to sitting time and other factors that relate with Pamantasan ng Cabuyao engineering students’ activities throughout the e-learning setup. Data needed are the specific activities during e-learning setup, time consumed in doing the activities, breaktime and frequency of breaktime that the students spent on each activity, body pains experienced and sitting time. Results of the study revealed that most of the respondents were male, belong to normal status, there is a significant relationship between sitting time and the body pains experienced by the students and there is no significant difference between the sitting time and the body pains experience when grouped according to profile. It was concluded that there is no proper allocation of breaktime to the students causing them to experience body pain. To address the problem, it is recommended to allot breaktime.
