And variation controlling costs and infant failure losses costs are comprehensively considered to optimize process variation controlling. Finally, a case study of a level control system is introduced to verify the applicability of the proposed method. 摘要

婴儿失效严重影响顾客满意度,顾客满意度主要由制造过程中的质量变化决定,是产品质量风险中最关键的部分。然而,大多数生产企业缺乏针对婴儿失效风险的质量变异控制,导致忽视了预防和减轻婴儿失效风险。因此,本文首先提出了初始失效风险链,阐明了从工艺变异到初始失效的形成机制。其次,在对链条进行正演分析的基础上,对婴儿失效风险进行了定量建模。第三,根据分析结果,对供应链进行逆向分析,识别出关键工艺变化。并综合考虑变异控制成本和婴儿失效损失成本,对过程变异控制进行优化。最后,以某液位控制系统为例,验证了所提方法的适用性。实验结果表明,该方法具有较好的婴儿故障风险缓解效果。
