Employees who have high work satisfaction tend to show high work discipline behavior. This study aims to determine the impact of job satisfaction on employee work discipline in Bank BUMN X Medan. The research sample was taken with the total sampling technique of 53 people. This study used two scales as measuring tools, namely job satisfaction, which is expressed by Luthans (2006) and work discipline (Lateiner, 1983) in the form of Likert scale. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was an impact of work satisfaction on employee work discipline in Bank BUMN X Medan with a coefficient of determination of 0.369, and 63.1 was influenced by other factors which are not examined by the researchers in this study.
