Many methods developed to create agile workforce include Lean Strartup, Scrum, Holacrarcy, design thinking, etc. This paper is conducted to describe building agile workforce methods. It purposes to generate a mapping of human development in the digital era by applying a descriptive qualitative approach and literature review of some previous studies.
