The validity test of the learning motivation questionnaire instrument used the product moment formula while the reliability test used the Cronbach alpha formula with the help of SPSS for Windows version 23.0. The analysis prerequisite test consists of a normality test and a homogeneity test. Data analysis used parametric statistical techniques, namely the Paired Sample T-Test test with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 20.0 program. \n  \nThe results showed that group counseling with the token economy technique had an effect on increasing students' learning motivation. This is evidenced from the results of the analysis of the Paired Sample T-Test on those who were treated with a probability value of sig (2 – tailed) 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, there is a difference in the average score of the student learning motivation questionnaire before and after treatment on students by 27.34%. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨团体辅导服务运用代币经济技术对提高学生学习动机的效果。数据收集的方法是使用学习动机问卷。学习动机问卷量表的效度检验采用积矩公式,信度检验采用Cronbach alpha公式,采用SPSS for Windows version 23.0软件。分析前提检验包括正态性检验和齐性检验。数据分析采用参数统计技术,即配对样本t检验,并借助于SPSS for Windows version 20.0程序。结果显示,团体辅导结合代币经济技术对提高学生学习动机有显著效果。这可以从配对样本t检验的分析结果中得到证明,这些样本的概率值为sig(双尾)0.000 <0.05。根据分析和讨论的结果,学生在治疗前后的学生学习动机问卷平均得分有27.34%的差异。本研究结果显示,运用代币经济技术的团体辅导能提高学生的学习动机。关键词:团体辅导,学习动机,代币经济。
