摘要

为了解决交错LLC谐振变换器中磁性元件数量多、电流不均匀的问题,提出了两相谐振电感逆耦合的方法。在传统EE型和EI型耦合电感的基础上,提出了“EIE”型耦合电感,解决了传统耦合电感气隙过于集中、磁压分布不均匀、耦合系数低等问题。为了验证共流方案,分别制作了单独电感和耦合电感。建立了输入48V,输出1kW/400V的交错LLC谐振变换器的实验样机。对比实验表明,当耦合系数选择在一定值时,基本实现了电流共享。
