The SLAmeter is a computer network traffic measuring and monitoring tool that provides various informations from collected data via its web application. Due to several performance and extensibility related problems with the former solution of the web application, the whole architecture of this top layer had to be redesigned. The main focus was therefore aimed at the new design and implementation of a thick client architecture.
